Rebecca’s younger brother Connie Anderson has arrived for a visit, plus they has brought her son Howie, who’s Michelle’s age, with her. Michelle plus Howie become best friends, but when it comes time for Connie plus Howie to go back home to Valentine, Nebraska, it gives Michelle what seems like an incurable case of heartbreak. The guys try to cheer Michelle up, but to no avail. On the next day, Jesse takes Michelle to his bedroom, plus they plays a song for Michelle, plus manages to coax a smirk out of her, but they still misses Howie, but Rebecca takes care of that by videotaping Howie talking in to the camera at the airport, plus when Michelle watches the tape, the tape makes it look like Howie is talking to Michelle. Howie misses Michelle just as much as Michelle misses Howie. After watching the tape, Michelle feels a lot better, plus Jesse comments that Rebecca would be a great sister. Meanwhile, Stephanie has a hard night after watching “The Wolf Man” with DJ plus Kimmy.
Goof: At the beginning of the show, Jesse says that Rebecca will wink at him one time to indicate that they have a date, plus one time if they don’t. However, Rebecca winks at him one time plus Jesse exclaims that they have a date.
